Candidates may withdraw their nomination in writing until 4:00 pm on this day

Polling hours are 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

eligibility
You are eligible to hold office in the Rural Municipality of Sutton if you:
-
are at least 18 years old on Election Day;
-
are not disqualified under The Local Government Election Act, 2015 or any other Act;
-
are a Canadian citizen at the time you submit your nomination paper;
-
have lived in Saskatchewan for at least 6 consecutive months immediately preceding the date on which you submit your nomination paper;
-
live in Saskatchewan; AND
-
are eligible to vote in the municipality
You are eligible to vote in an RM election if you:
-
are a Canadian citizen;
-
are at least 18 years of age AND one of the following:
a) have lived in the RM for at least 3 consecutive months immediately preceding Election Day;
b) are the registered owner of property in the RM;
c) are assessed with respect to property situated in the RM;
d) are the occupant of a trailer or mobile home in the RM that is the object of a permit required;
e) the spouse of an eligible voter mentioned in a, b, or c; OR
f) the CEO of a duly incorporated co-operative, corporation, or religious association that is assessed on the last revised assessment roll with respect to property in the RM that is not exempt from taxation
